Shipping Policy

Thank you for considering North Star ATV for your retail powersport needs. Shipping is handled by UPS for products sold to customers located in the United States and Canada. Although orders outside of that area are not accepted online, they can be called into Customer Support for special shipping methods. 

Retail orders will ship out within a week of ordering unless other notice is given. Customer Service will contact you if any back-order or inventory issues arise. You will be emailed a tracking number (if available) once your item(s) have been shipped.

Custom shipping options may become available during the check out process depending on order amount, shipping destination or type of prodcut purchased. Those options are everchanging and for qualifying orders only. Questions in regards to this can be directed to Customer Support.
